The Sapori, le Richemond’s Italian restaurant, offers simple and refined cuisine where gourmets can now enjoy appetizing dishes throughout the day served on the beautiful terrace, with a continuous service every day from midday to 10.30pm. Try the sublime sole with asparagus or the enticing tuna tartare!

Le Bar also has an elegant terrace. Its undemanding à la carte choices and spa menus offer something for everyone. If you’re dropping by for drinks only, Le Richemond offers tasty morsels on a Mediterranean theme, meticulously and delightfully prepared. They will whet your appetite and make the perfect accompaniment to a glass of wine or champagne!

The latest innovation at Le Richemond: the Chic-nic!
Yes, Le Richemond is making waves again: we’re launching the Chic-nic, the new summer trend. Our latest innovation enables guests staying at the hotel, and also residents of Geneva with a penchant for Le Richemond’s refined cuisine, to enjoy its succulent dishes outside the Lake Geneva luxury hotel. Roving spirits will therefore be able to savour the delicate and exquisite cooking of Sapori chef Pietro Amato wherever their fancy takes them! Whether you enjoy the pleasures of the lake or prefer the lush greenery on the outskirts of the city, Le Richemond gives you an opportunity to get away from it all without sacrificing the delights of its kitchen.

A simple phone call is enough to order your Chic-nic, which comes in a charming wicker basket with its own cutlery and place settings. You can then explore the surrounding mountains such as the Salève or the Jura, or sail a boat and share a romantic Chic-nic on Lake Geneva.

Le Richemond offers three variations with an Italian flavour on the Chic-nic theme:

For the first, “Plaisirs Vagabonds”, the Chef proposes a selection of charcuterie and Italian cheeses, fresh pasta salads and a handful of specialities from our Pastry Cook.

If you’re in a more exotic mood, you might wish to try “Saveurs nomades”, with its fish and vegetable couscous and fresh fruit salad.

For the ultimate in refinement, look no further than “La Bohême chic”, the basket for connoisseurs, with lobster sandwiches and delicious slices of smoked salmon rounded off with an Italian meringue.
